Creating winning ads is easier if you follow a framework.

Here’s the framework we use to create $100,000 creatives:

1. Divide your ad into into 3 main parts

  • Hook
  • Body
  • CTA

Make sure your hook stands out because it is the most important aspect of your ad.

We use 3 steps to make sure it stands out:

1. Pattern Interrupt

Make sure the B-Roll you use in your Hook is unique.

A few ideas we like to use:

Split screen Hook
Reverse Hook
Product Close Ups

2. Audience call out

Who’s this ad for? This should be answered within the first second of the hook

“Wine Lovers Pay Attention”
“How my live as a young mom got easier because of XYZ”
“If you are a student you need to watch this…”

3. Open Loop

Just like in your copy, your hook should get a person to watch the next scene and that scene should get them to watch the next scene and so on.

If you’re not familiar with the concept of a “Slippery Slide” I recommend you read the book The Adweek Copywriting.

ONLY after all these 3 things are checked we continue to build the rest of the ad.

Here are some elements you can steal from us that we use everyday:

1. Scenes

Product Scenes

Intro Product
Demo
Benefit
Buying Experience
Unboxing

Person Scenes:

Show Problem
Failed Solution
Desired Result
Before & After
Storytelling
Benefit

1. Shots

Production Shot:

Unboxing
Texture Shots
Close Ups

Talking Heads:

Selfie
Greenscreen
Showcase

Action Shot:

Lifestyle
Demonstration
How-To

Now simply pair a scene with a shot and add your script to it. This is exactly how we build our ads.
